You know your doctor, attorney, and banker, but do you know your farmer?

When you buy meat at the grocery store, you don’t always know where it came from or how the animal was raised.

We believe you should.

Our St. Croix × Katahdin sheep are raised on pasture. We use regenerative grazing practices that prioritize healthy animals, soil health, and the long-term productivity of the land.

Raised on pasture. Managed with care. Sold directly to you.

FROM OUR FARM TO YOUR FREEZER.

It shouldn't be hard to find or order quality, local farm-raised meat to stock your freezer with. That's why we are working to make this process as seamless as possible.

1. REQUEST YOUR SHARE

Choose a half or whole animal and tell us which cuts you prefer.

2. CONFIRM THE DETAILS

We’ll contact you about availability, expected hanging weight, pricing, processing options, and timing.

3. STOCK YOUR FREEZER

After the details are confirmed, your animal is processed and packaged according to the agreed cut sheet. We’ll coordinate pickup or delivery details.

No upfront commitment or payment required.

STRAIGHTFORWARD PRICING. NO SURPRISES.

Our lamb is priced by the pound of hanging weight (on the rail), plus a flat fee. The customer pays the processor’s fees separately.
This is the most fair pricing model we have found—you pay for what you get.

Hanging weight is the weight of the dressed carcass before it is cut and packaged. The packaged meat you take home weighs less, depending on the cuts and processing choices.

Our pricing model (taxes included):
1. Lamb — $6.00 per lb hanging weight
2. Animal flat fee — $50 per animal
3. Processor’s charges — $35 per animal plus $0.70 per lb hanging weight.
4. Pick-up for free from the processor or designated pick-up point.
Note: Custom arrangements may incur a reasonable service fee.

LAMB OR MUTTON?

Lamb is our standard offering: younger sheep with a generally milder flavor. Mutton comes from mature sheep and has a richer, more developed flavor. Mature animals may occasionally be available as we manage the flock.
