Rotationally grazed with daily paddock moves (Greg Judy’s method), not vaccinated, no antibiotics, chemical dewormer only as needed, and grass-fed only (apart from an occasional small handful of grain to try to help her weight).
#2 is very friendly with a great personality, making a great addition to any farm or homestead. She was bred to one of our rams from Greg Judy and produced a beautiful, large-framed ram. Lambed on her own first thing in the morning before I got there without a hitch, and he was the largest lamb.
She generally leads the flock into the next paddock nearly every morning. She’s one of our favorites, but she’s unfortunately not as efficient on our pasture to be 100% grass-only like our St. Croix / Katahdin crosses, and I am downsizing before winter.
While asking $200, I will pair #15, #17, and #19 with her at a discount.
Shoot me your best offer. I’m trying to sell as fast as possible, so I know what I have before winter. For purchases of $400 or more (and a minimum of three animals), I’ll deliver for free to anywhere in Henry, McKenzie, Gleason, Paris, Dresden, or Puryear. For purchases less than that or of greater distances, I’ll ask for a reasonable service fee for my time and fuel to anywhere but must be within three hours of the farm.
